Eolo PUP Food Antistatic Hose is a transparent ester based TPU hose reinforced with an ivory anti-shock rigid PVC spiral. With a wall thickness of 0.8 to 1.2mm, the inner surface of Eolo PUP Food is smooth while the outside surface is corrugated. It is light and flexible with high mechanical properties, and is extremely resistant to abrasion, microbes, hydrolysis and flexion.
Eolo PUP Food is food grade according to FDA Reg. (cfr 21-Item 177.2600) and to EU 10/2011 (classes A,B,C,D2 and E). The spiral is also food grade. The temperature range of Eolo PUP Food is -40 to 80°C.
Typical applications of Eolo PUP Food include the medium suction of dry food such as grains, animal feed, sugar, flour and abrasive foodstuff in general. It is also suitable for fatty food. In agriculture it is installed on seed drills and combined machines, and it is also used in aquaculture for fish handling. A lighter version, Eolo PU Food Antistatic Hose, with a wall thickness of 0.4-0.8mm, is available here and a more economic non-antistatic version is also available here.
Eolo PUP Food hose can be supplied as cut lengths or supplied with couplings to suit your application. If you require an assembled hose please ask the Plastock team for more information.

What is the cost of delivery?
Because of the huge variation in our orders we have developed a specialised shipping calculator for clients ordering online. Once you fill out your order details and progress through to the online checkout, our calculator will automatically work out the precise shipping cost for you to check before you proceed.
What delivery methods do you use?
We have a selection of couriers suited to the size, weight and type of product you order from us. It is likely we will deliver your goods with a courier service such as Tuffnells, TNT, DHL etc. You can track your order with the shipment number, if you would like us to send you the tracking number for your order please contact us or give us a call and we can track it for you.
If you would like to specify any special delivery instructions these can be entered at the point of ordering or please give us a call once you have placed your order and we will try to accommodate your requests.
Delivery options...
- Collection. Once your order is ready for collection, we shall call you to advise. Our collection point is open until 5pm - Monday - Friday.
- Standard Delivery. All of our orders come with standard delivery which is typically a 1-3 working day service. Standard delivery assumes reasonable access and is to ground floor, or use of a suitable lift for anything above ground level.
