Eolo PU Food Antistatic Hose is a transparent ester based TPU hose reinforced with an ivory anti-shock rigid PVC spiral. With a wall thickness of 0.4 to 0.8mm, the inner surface of Eolo PU Food is perfectly smooth while the outside surface is corrugated. It is very light and flexible with high mechanical properties, and is resistant to abrasion, microbes and hydrolysis.
Eolo Food is food grade, according to FDA Reg. Cfr.21-Item 17.2600 (dry (d), aqueous (e) and fatty (f) foods) and EU Reg. 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D2, E). The spiral is also food grade. The temperature range of Eolo PU Food is -40 to 80°C.
Typical applications of Eolo PU Food include light suction of food flours, powders, sugar and granules with a limited abrasion power. It is suitable for fatty food and in agriculture it is used on seeders. A thicker version, Eolo PUP Food, with a wall thickness of 0.8-1.2mm is available here, and a more economic non-antistatic version is also available here.
Eolo PU Food hose can be supplied as cut lengths or supplied with couplings to suit your application. If you require an assembled hose please ask the Plastock team for more information.

What is the cost of delivery?
Because of the huge variation in our orders we have developed a specialised shipping calculator for clients ordering online. Once you fill out your order details and progress through to the online checkout, our calculator will automatically work out the precise shipping cost for you to check before you proceed.
What delivery methods do you use?
We have a selection of couriers suited to the size, weight and type of product you order from us. It is likely we will deliver your goods with a courier service such as Tuffnells, TNT, DHL etc. You can track your order with the shipment number, if you would like us to send you the tracking number for your order please contact us or give us a call and we can track it for you.
If you would like to specify any special delivery instructions these can be entered at the point of ordering or please give us a call once you have placed your order and we will try to accommodate your requests.
Delivery options...
- Collection. Once your order is ready for collection, we shall call you to advise. Our collection point is open until 5pm - Monday - Friday.
- Standard Delivery. All of our orders come with standard delivery which is typically a 1-3 working day service. Standard delivery assumes reasonable access and is to ground floor, or use of a suitable lift for anything above ground level.
