If you would like to return an item to Plastock the best way to determine the logistics of the return and the value of any refund is to call a member of our helpful team on 01494 449 975 as soon as possible, or get in touch via our contact form below.
Returning an item
We will endeavour to respond as quickly as we can and get the problem solved.
You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your delivery to be eligible for a return.
Please provide:
- The original purchase order number(s)
- A photo or video of the fault (if this is a visible fault or if it will help show the problem)
- A brief description of the issue you're experiencing.

Faulty Goods
For any faulty goods received, firstly we apologise - mistakes do happen! Contact us as above and we will arrange a suitable solution.
Please email us with all details and images so that we can best assist you with any issues regarding returns.

No Longer Required
You can return standard products within 30 days of receiving them provided they are unused and in their original packaging. To arrange a return, contact us within this period.
The cost of returning items is your responsibility. We recommend that you use a tracked and insured delivery service as the items remain your responsibility until they reaches us.

Non-Returnable
This returns policy does not apply to any goods that have been fabricated, processed or altered in any way.
If this is the case and you’re now stuck with a bespoke product, our team of creatives are excellent at thinking up obscure functions and purposes for even the oddest shaped item!
