Nylon 6 PE Filled Green Rod is an engineering plastic with product characteristics including excellent sliding and abrasion resistance, high mechanical strength and high impact strength. The long term service temperature range of Nylon 6 Rod is from -40°C to 85°C and has a short term maximum service temperature of 160°C.
Typical fields of application for Nylon 6 Rod include mechanical engineering, bottling industries and conveyor industries. Nylon 6 Rod is a material well suited to CNC turning, billeting and precision grinding. Similar materials available from Plastock include Nylon 6 Oil Filled Yellow Rod and Nylon 6 Oil Filled Green Rod.
