Details

With high impact and heat resistance, this polycarbonate filament has been optimised for the 3D printing process. Polycarbonate has high dimensional, mechanical and notch impact strength combined with low water absorption. Printed items can be post-processed (eg drilled or sawn). The filament has a pressure nozzle temperature of 260-280 °C, with a printing plate temperature 110 °C.

Typical applications include protective covers, tool handles and lamp housings.

Our filaments are produced from high-quality raw materials with close tolerances (+/- 0,05 mm) allowing precise and failure-free 3D printing. They are low emission, odour free, shrinkage-free and have good layer adhesion. They are compatible with all standard 3D printers and are delivered carefully spooled and packed in easy to use resealable zip bags.

If you have a requirement for printed or finished components please ask the Plastock team for more information.
