PE1000 (UHMWPE) Anti-Static Pressed and Planed Black Sheet is a high performance polyethylene with product characteristics including reduction in dust accumulation, high wear resistance and high impact strength. The long term service temperature range of PE1000 (UHMWPE) Sheet is from 150°C to 80°C and has a short term maximum service temperature of 130°C. With a water absorption factor of <0.01% PE1000 (UHMWPE) Sheet is dimensionally very stable within humid environments. Typical fields of application for PE1000 (UHMWPE) Sheet include mechanical engineering, bearing and packing industries and electrical and electronic industries. PE1000 (UHMWPE) Sheet is a material well suited to CNC routing, CNC milling and CNC turning. Similar materials available from Plastock include Acetal C Extruded Natural Sheet and Nylon 66 Extruded Natural Sheet.
