Next 09 ET is a transparent ether based TPU hose reinforced with a TPU-coated AISI 302 INOX steel spiral. It has a constant wall thickness of 0.9mm and is made using a special TPU which make the wall material permanent antistatic (R<10⁹ Ohm/m). Next 09 ET has a completely smooth inner surface to enhance flow properties and good resistance to UV rays, microbes and hydrolysis, as well as to mineral oils and chemicals, ozone and weathering. Highly neutral in taste and odour, it preserves the organoleptic properties (taste, smell, colour, texture) of the medium conveyed.
Next 09 ET is food grade according to FDA Regulations (title 21 CFR 177.2600) and EU 10/2011 (classes A, B, C, D1, D2, E). Its temperature range is -40 to 90°C (peaks 125 °C). Conductive by grounding the spiral (R<10² Ohm/m).
Strong but very light and flexible even at low temperatures, Next 09 ET is suitable for heavy duty applications where a very good abrasion resistance is required. Typical applications include the suction of abrasive media in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Used in the chemical industry for applications where a special microbes resistance is required. Mainly used in the plastic industry for the suction of granulates for products intended to come into contact with foodstuff. Installed on street cleaning vehicles.

What is the cost of delivery?
Because of the huge variation in our orders we have developed a specialised shipping calculator for clients ordering online. Once you fill out your order details and progress through to the online checkout, our calculator will automatically work out the precise shipping cost for you to check before you proceed.
What delivery methods do you use?
We have a selection of couriers suited to the size, weight and type of product you order from us. It is likely we will deliver your goods with a courier service such as Tuffnells, TNT, DHL etc. You can track your order with the shipment number, if you would like us to send you the tracking number for your order please contact us or give us a call and we can track it for you.
If you would like to specify any special delivery instructions these can be entered at the point of ordering or please give us a call once you have placed your order and we will try to accommodate your requests.
Delivery options...
- Collection. Once your order is ready for collection, we shall call you to advise. Our collection point is open until 5pm - Monday - Friday.
- Standard Delivery. All of our orders come with standard delivery which is typically a 1-3 working day service. Standard delivery assumes reasonable access and is to ground floor, or use of a suitable lift for anything above ground level.
